Brian Hale

Location - Orange County

When Brian was 12, students from Clovis High visited his class to talk about the stock market. They put on a mock-investing competition and after Brian won, his love for investing was born. In 2003, with a degree in Finance from Fresno State, he started his career at Morgan Stanley. Wanting to serve clients on his terms, he went independent and joined Waddell & Reed in 2012 where he met future business partner Gary Lamb. The dream of opening their own office came true in 2015 and in 2017 affiliated with LPL Financial. Brian handles all of the research, trading, and monitoring of the portfolios.

In 2001, Brian married his high school sweetheart, Jacinda, and became quickly outnumbered with three daughters. (Even their dog, Laguna, is a girl!) The family loves doing anything together, which usually includes wandering around Dana Point, with a Bear Coast coffee or being at the beach. Brian and Jacinda lead the West Coast Online group for their church, TheBelongingCo. You can find Brian most mornings in the lineup at Boneyard. He also enjoys CrossFit, golf, being outdoors and a smooth reposado tequila.
